Captain Gosnold Village

Fully renovated in 2023, this charming 3-Bedroom cottage at Captain Gosnold Village provides a unique Cape Cod getaway. Our guests enjoy a number of distinct advantages being located in a quiet residential neighborhood and within walking distance to the popular Main Street in Hyannis and three of Cape Cod’s best beaches including Keyes Memorial Beach, Kalmus Beach, and Veterans Park Beach. Also within easy walking or bicycling distance include Hyannis Port and the bustling harbor, with its island ferries, sightseeing and fishing charters. Main Street, with its wide selection of shopping, restaurants, cafes, and night life, is only a mile away. Within driving distance are activities for all ages, from whale-watching to mini-golf, from zip-lining to antiquing.

This home-away-from-home accommodations includes 3-Bedrooms, 3-bathrooms with lawn space, a front patio and a large side deck, patio furniture and a propane bbq grill. The cottage is comfortably furnished and features a fully equipped kitchen, air conditioning, and 3 full bathrooms. There's a queen bed in the first bedroom. The second bedroom features a queen bed along with a futon.  The third bedroom has a queen bed and a bunk bed (full bed on the bottom, twin bed on the top). The kitchen features a gas range, microwave, blender, toaster, and coffee maker. The comfortable living room and dining area offer plenty of seating. The cottage is non-smoking and does not allow pets. There will be a standard drip coffee maker and a Keurig (k-cups will not be provided).

The property features a community pool, it operates from late June to Labor Day.  Hours and availability vary, depending on pool occupancy, weather and staffing.

Please bring your own pool and beach towels, these are not provided.

Maximum Occupancy: 8 guests with a maximum of 6 adults.
Minimum Age: 25 years old for primary guest.
