We are located just a short walk from three ocean beaches. Nestled between picturesque Hyannis Port and the vibrant atmosphere of Hyannis Harbor, these classic Cape Cod cottages are situated on four acres of beautifully landscaped and secluded grounds. Large trees, Cape rose bushes and flowering plants grace the grounds. We are family-oriented and do our best to meet the needs of the youngest to the oldest. We offer the relaxation and informality of "Old Cape Cod" to twenty-first century guests. 

Welcome to your charming two-bedroom cottage at Captain Gosnold Village, offering a unique Cape Cod getaway. Our newly renovated deluxe cottage boasts lawn space, a private deck with outdoor furniture, and a gas grill for your enjoyment. Step inside to find a comfortably furnished space with air conditioning and wood flooring throughout.  The condo features a nicely appointed kitchen with an electric stove, oven, blender, drip-style coffee maker, and an island with bar seating, perfect for preparing meals during your stay. Slide open the door to access your private deck, complete with table seating and a gas BBQ grill.  Relax in the comfortable living room and dining area, offering plenty of seating for gatherings with family and friends. Retreat to the primary bedroom featuring a comfortable memory foam king-size bed and an en-suite bathroom for added convenience. The guest bedroom features two double-size beds, providing plenty of sleeping space for all guests.  This condo does not allow smoking or pets, ensuring a clean and comfortable environment for all guests. Experience the perfect Cape Cod getaway in our welcoming cottage, where every detail is designed for your comfort and enjoyment.

The property features a community pool, it operates from late June to Labor Day.  Hours and availability vary, depending on pool occupancy, weather and staffing.

Please bring your own pool and beach towels, these are not provided.

Individually owned, single-story units ranging from studios to three bedroom cottages, featuring a bathroom for each bedroom.
