We are located just a short walk from three ocean beaches. Nestled between picturesque Hyannis Port and the vibrant atmosphere of Hyannis Harbor, these classic Cape Cod cottages are situated on four acres of beautifully landscaped and secluded grounds. Large trees, Cape rose bushes and flowering plants grace the grounds. We are family-oriented and do our best to meet the needs of the youngest to the oldest. We offer the relaxation and informality of "Old Cape Cod" to twenty-first century guests. 

Our home-away-from-home accommodations include this charming two bedroom deluxe cottage with lawn space, a private deck with outdoor furniture and a gas grill. The cottage is comfortably furnished and features a large fully equipped kitchen. At the entrance of the condo is a pleasant seating area of the front porch. The condo features a very spacious kitchen with a gas range and an island with bar seating. The kitchen's sliding door leads out to a second private deck with table seating and gas BBQ grill. The comfortable living room and dining area offers plenty of seating with two sofas comfortable chairs. This property features two bedrooms and two full bathrooms. The master bedroom features a comfortable king size bed, a TV, an en-suite bathroom, and a large walk-in closet. The second bedroom has a queen size bed and a twin bed. There is also a queen sleeper sofa in the living room. This condo features air conditioning, wood flooring in kitchen and living areas, carpeting in the bedrooms, and tile in the bathrooms. This condo does not allow smoking and does not allow pets.

Our unique location in a quiet residential Hyannis neighborhood gives our guests a number of distinct advantages. Captain Gosnold Village is a perfect destination for vacations, family reunions and wedding parties. Individually owned, single-story units ranging from studios to three bedroom cottages, featuring a bathroom for each bedroom.
