 ► A booking deposit of $500 is required at the time of booking. Balance is due 60 days before check-in.
 ► Minimum Age: 21 years old

 ► Cancellation and Refund Policy:
  • Refundable if canceled at least 60 days before arrival date (MINUS 5% FEE).
  • 50% Refundable if cancelled at least 30 days before arrival date.
  • Non-refundable within 30 days of arrival date.
 ► Property Renovations: The property will be renovating the Lazy River water feature, which includes the water slide from 5/1/24-5/22/24. The main pool and spa will remain open along with the pool and spa located at the Signature building while the work is being completed.
